Week 31

 This week the weather cooled off a little and I decided to make the best of it by building a fort for Judah. He loved it and played in there and ate all his meals in there for two days. :)

We celebrated Mia's 3rd birthday this week.

Went to the zoo again. We are making good use of this membership.

Week 30

 

Joshua and his little princess at a lunch date. We were blessed with some gift cards from Joshua's clients and got to meet up for lunch.

We met up with Kaaryn and the girls to go on a walk at the Nisqually wildlife refuge. Judah and Mia had fun in the double stroller.They hadn't used it in two years. SO much bigger now!

 

At small group this week Alice decided to dress up Judah in costumes and he allowed it. Even put on high heal princess shoes. Silly boy. Judah is always cracking us up with new things he learns and says. We tried to teach him the phrase "bam bam bam peanut butter jam" instead he says "bam bam bam jelly butter!" He also has loves playing with his toy super hero guys and will say "you are my bad guy you make bad choices" I guess mom may remind him he has made a bad choice from time to time....

Week 29

This week we went to a concert in the park to see Tim Noah. I used to listen to him as a kid and remembered a few of his songs. Judah was not very in to it though and was more interested in the slides. Ember of course was sleeping as always.

We had Embers doc appointment this week and she did great with her first few shots. Here is her two month update.

Joshua has been really busy working very late every night but he was able to sneak in some morning blueberry picking with us.

Week 28

Judah and Ember got a post card from Nana and Papa in Arizona. Judah was excited to see the "buggy" on the front. He continues to crack us up with new sayings and words we did not know. Lately it has been "I heard that" for every noise he hears :)

On Tuesday we went to the Calvary jam at the park. Ember decided she was very hungry and wanted to eat the whole time. Luckily my friend Sara was there and helped with Judah. He decided he needed the same bunny on his face that Ra had.

Thursday we went camping again with our small group. Embers first trip to the beach! She continued to do great camping. She sleeps a ton and is a happy girl when up as long as she is fed.

Tillamook Factory Tour

On the way home our tire blew on the tent trailer and no one was open to fix it. Luckily it blew right by a RV park so we parked it there and then the lady there said she wanted it so we gave it to her. Can't believe we are done with it after 30 years!

This week Ember reached her two months! Because we were camping we had to delay her appointment so we will have her stats next week.

Week 27

Ember got to go on her first camping trip. We went with the Hoffmans to Granite Falls.Ember was great sleeping a ton and being a happy girl. Judah loved being outside and having the river near by but he got very sick and we had to take him to a walk in clinic because he had so much junk coming out his eyes. He was a trooper though!

When we got back from camping Ember talked to Judah for the first time ever on July 1st and slept in her own bedroom. She did great

For 4th of July we did nothing. Joshua and I both caught Judah's cold so we went to bed early and played online rummy in bed. Officially old! However on Sunday we did go to a BBQ at the Fore's house and Judah had a blast in the pool.

Week 26

This week Judah had VBS with Calvery. He LOVED it. Came home every day completely wound up and wet!

We celebrated a late mothers day for my mom with a Mariners game.

                                     It is nice having others to hold and entertain our kids!

Ember is doing really great. She has tamed down her fussiness and sleeps through the night! She still doesn't do too much other then sleep and eat. This week I tried to get some housework done. Judah helped me weed and Ember distracted me from painting!
