Week 1

We enjoyed having a few more days off from work and were able to enjoy the snow and zoo lights.

Week 52 Merry Christmas

We had an amazing week celebrating Christmas and hanging out with family.

Week 51

 Ember loves that she can move around now and has really found her voice. She squeals all the time

 We had the girls over for cooking making and took them to the neighbors.

We got to take Judah to the NW Harvest to pick up food for the Orting food bank. I told Judah we were helping hungry people and he said he needed his super hero cape.

When we were reading about Jesus being born in the stable because there was no room in the inn Judah said he would build a house for him.

Judah cracks us up with his sayings all the time. The other day he said to me "are you ready to roll" when we got into the car. His other new favorite saying is "I have no idea" when you ask him a question. Joshua's favorite is when Judah starts out a nonsense story with "sometimes......"

Week 50

Ember turned 7 months old! She sits, scoots and eats solids. Such a big girl.

We have been busy enjoying Christmas traditions. We went back and cut down our tree.

Joke-o Came to stay out our house for the month and brought a special new advent calendar

Week 49

Happy Thanksgiving

We went down to Oregon to spend Thanksgiving with my moms sisters. Judah got a hair cut this week and he was very excited about his "little hair" Ember has started to scoot herself around the room and army crawl EEK! I think she will be fully mobile soon and we are unprepared.

Week 48

Ember Grace started sitting up this week. Whoohoo a whole new world for her. She loves to play with toys and smile at everyone. She is still not into solid foods at all but that makes my life easier so I am not pushing it!

Week 47

Happy 6th month Birthday Ember Grace

We can not believe it has already been half a year! This little peanut had a busy week. She got her first tooth and then followed that up with hand foot and mouth. Poor baby girl. She has been such a trooper about it though.

This week is I is for Igloo/Ice. Judah was LOVING his new artic animals and "snow" he is so easy to please. We also went to the zoo (we are not messing around with this year membership) to see the arctic animals. On the way there Judah saw the Tacoma Dome and started yelling "I found it. I found the Gloo" AKA igloo. I did not have the heart to explain to him that the Tacoma dome is not an igloo.

Judah also got to experience a childhood tradition from my family. The Fores gave him a snoopy snow cone maker for his birthday just like we had when we were kids!
